A White Russian is a pretty well-known cocktail, often drunk during winter because of its milky, creamy texture and the heaviness of it… It sort of goes down a bit like a Bailey’s. I wanted to try something new for the Christmas season and this hazelnut version of the classic drink is so delicious!

The quantities below are given in parts, so you can make one cocktail with about 2 tablespoons of each ingredient or increase that amount significantly to make a larger batch in a pitcher for easy pouring when you’re entertaining. This cocktail doesn’t require any shaking, so you won’t even need a cocktail shaker making it perfect for anyone who doesn’t keep a lot of cocktail making kit on-hand. Let’s get started!
Ingredients
- 1 part vodka
- 1 part Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur
- 1 part single cream
Method
For a single cocktail, pour all the ingredients into a glass filled with ice and stir to combine. For a single cocktail you want 2 or 3 tablepsoons of each ingredient.
For a batch of cocktails, pour the same amount of each ingredient into a jug and stir until well combined. To serve, pour into glasses over ice.
